Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement and refundable security deposit authorization are required prior to arrival.
Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit is required per stay as a standard hold for incidentals.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours start are 10 pm-8am so please take all activity in before that time, out of respect for our neighbors.
Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to help protect their vacation investment in the event of unexpected changes.

We are a young family living in the east bay. We enjoy laughing and playing with our children as they seem to be the center of our world these days. Before having them we loved traveling and have been fortunate to be able to see some pretty fantastic places all over the world. We find traveling to places less visited by tourist are the most rewarding for us. Now that our youngest is a bit more mobil we are starting to travel again within the US and are excited to try out Airbnb for our lodging needs! We are respectful and clean people. My parents always taught me to leave a place just a little nicer than I found it and that is a lesson we plan to teach our children, so you can be assured your home will be well taken care of if we stay there and would expect the same from anyone staying here.
